Need help? We’ve got you covered. The BassBucks app includes a built-in support center where you can find answers to common questions, explore helpful articles, and chat directly with our support team.

Here’s how to get started:


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the BassBucks App

    Launch the app on your device and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Your Account

    Tap “Account” in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select “Support”

    From the list of account options, tap “Support.”

    You’ll be redirected to the BassBucks Support page.

  4. Browse Help Articles

    Scroll through a variety of help topics designed to answer your questions quickly and easily.

  5. Chat or Submit a Ticket

    Need more help?

    Tap the message icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

    • Start a live chat with a BassBucks support rep

    • Or submit a ticket and we’ll get back to you ASAP
