Accessing Messages and Help

Need help using the BassBucks app? Follow these steps to find answers or connect with our support team.


How do I get help inside the BassBucks app?

  1. Tap Account in the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Select Support from the list.

  3. You’ll be taken to the BassBucks Support page, where you can browse articles or reach out for help.


Where can I find support articles?

On the Support page, you’ll see a list of helpful articles sorted by topic. These cover everything from account setup to gameplay and rules.


Can I chat with a support agent?

Yes! Just click the message icon in the bottom-right corner of the Support page.

From there, you can:

  • Start a live chat

  • Or submit a ticket and our team will follow up by email


What if I don’t see the support button?

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the BassBucks app. Still not seeing it? Reach us directly at support@bassbucks.com.


✅ What info should I include when contacting support?

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your BassBucks username or registered email

  • A short but detailed description of the issue

  • Any screenshots that show the problem
